Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120 ml) lactose-free milk
  • 1 cup (38 g) baby spinach
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen unripe banana
  • 10 (45 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and enjoy right away.
