Short Ribs with Horseradish & Red Wine are easy to make and while they braise for 2 1/2 hours in the oven, it is all hands-off time.
Braise in the oven for 2 1/2 hours. Short ribs should be fork tender and falling off the bone. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as desired. Short ribs are ready to serve. May be made up to 3 days ahead. Simply refrigerate in an airtight container and reheat on top of stove.
