Gently but thoroughly stir together the cream cheese, sour cream and 1/4 cup (76 g) of the lime curd until well blended. Scrape into a serving dish. Dollop the remaining 2 tablespoons of lime curd on top and use a butter knife to create swirls. Don’t over mix or you will lose the pretty contrast. The dip is ready to serve but will improve if refrigerated for an hour.
