Preparation:
Place butter and Garlic-Infused Oil in a large nonstick skillet and melt over medium heat. Add cubed bread and toss them around to coat in the fat. Cook over medium heat, tossing the cubes often until lightly toasted and golden brown, about 3 minutes total. Set aside.
Toss the chopped lettuce and chicken together in a large mixing bowl and add only enough Low FODMAP Caesar Salad Dressing to coat lightly. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Toss in croutons and extra shavings of Parmesan flakes, if using. Salad is ready to serve and should be served immediately or it will get soggy!
