Trisha Stavinoha

Trisha retired in 2018 from a 20-year career as an Army Dietitian with the last 12 years in a performance capacity, either as an athlete herself or working with athletes. Since retiring she became a lifeguard and swim coach and consults for Cera Products. Cera Products is the only Monash Certified Low FODMAP sports drink. Cera Products was established in 1993 and has been used by the military since 1999. Since that time, hundreds of other hydration products have come on and off the market. Trisha has experienced first hand the consequences of improper fueling in conjunction with IBS, which drove her desire to represent Cera Products and educate customers on the benefits of rice-based hydration.
