Try our Grilled Corn Salsa with tomatoes & cilantro. It is a great low FODMAP alternative to classic tomato salsa - and you can turn it into an easy side-dish, too! We even have a version that includes black beans and you can use that one for one of your GOS Challenges!

We spotted the new branding on the shelves of our local @wholefoods for Green Valley Creamery(Formally Green Valley Organic). Same great lactose free products! We use this sour cream in our Test Kitchen all the time! @greenvalleycreamery #greenvalleycreamery ... See MoreSee Less
Have you seen their new cottage cheese in stores yet? I am patiently waiting.
Love it - delicious sour cream. I wouldn't mind LF cottage cheese- the lactaid kind is gross.
I love this sour cream 💙
I tried this range when I was in the USA last year, it was so good
I would be delighted to find this on the shelves in any of my local grocery stores, but so far they have all declined to carry it. I've learned to make my own lactose free yogurt, and I can make a yogurt cheese to use in recipes that call for cream cheese, but haven't found any sour cream yet, so I just use my yogurt instead.
