Ayten Salahi, MS, RD is a GI-specialized dietitian, recipe developer, and intersectional food policy advocate. She completed her MS degree at the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston, where she received the Louise Hatch Award for outstanding professional promise and standards of practice. Through her private practice, Aysa Nutrition, Ayten works extensively with individuals following, or aspiring to follow, plant-based diets while managing various GI conditions. She is Monash University trained in application of the Low FODMAP Diet.
