Ergo Chef DUO Tongs
What tool do I grab more than any other? Tongs, and more specifically the 9-inch size of these DUO tongs. They feature a patented design with a half silicone and half stainless-steel head; I use the silicone side for my nonstick pans. Multi-purpose with locking heads for savory and sweet cooking; slotted heads drain liquid easily when you are lifting vegetables out of blanching water, pasta, etc. The silicone is heat resistant to 500° F and BPA free.
