About Epicured

Epicured offers delicious low FODMAP meals for those living with irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, colitis, celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity and delivers them right to your door.

Award Winning Chefs and Dietary Specialists

Their recipes are created and prepared by Michelin-star chefs and FODMAP trained dietitians. Every meal is low FODMAP and suitable for the Elimination Phase in addition to being gluten-free, non-GMO and contains no hormones, preservatives or antibiotics.

Fresh Food Only – Never Frozen

Meals are prepared fresh and are never frozen. No cooking is required. Just heat (where applicable) and eat.

The Choice is Yours – Menu and Frequency

Epicured offers a seasonal menu of soups, salads, entrées, smoothies, snacks and more.

You can choose as little or as much as you like, then choose a delivery day (one to three times per week). No long-term commitment required. All meals are a la carte and average about $11.50. Snacks and beverages range from $2 to $8.

Shipping is free with orders over $100.


Where Can You Get Epicured?

Delivery Area

As of summer 2019 their delivery coverage is Boston to Washington D.C. including Baltimore, the Boston area, Hartford, Long Island, Philadelphia, Providence, Schenectady, and more.

Plans for expansion are underway, first to expand to the entire east coast, then to the Midwest with Chicago as a hub, then out to the west coast to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. Global expansion has been discussed. Check back here for updated information.

Amazon Go

Also as of June 2019 if you live in the New York Metro area you can pick up Epicured prepared meals at two Amazon.Go locations!

Jet.com – City Grocer Program

With a partnership with Jet.com, Epicured has been integrated into their “city grocer program” where you can go to Jet.com, add Epicured products into your shopping cart with the rest of your groceries and have it delivered to your home.
