Featured are a wide variety of savory and sweet southwestern recipes. All recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free, with tips on using lactose-free and conventional dairy ingredients to meet individual sensitivities. The Low FODMAP Diet is not gluten and dairy-free, however, many IBS sufferers have these sensitivities.
