At their peak they are super sweet and juicy and work well in sweet as well as savory cooking. Check out these 31 recipes for everything from main dishes to popsicles, iced tea to salsa, salads, smoothies, vinaigrette, and so many more.

Popsicles, or “pops” are not just for kids! These Peaches and Cream Popsicles with Raspberries are beloved by kids and adults alike. They are creamy and a little sweet, but not too sweet. And the mashed raspberries add color, texture and flavor. I was almost going to call these “peach melba” after the famous peach and raspberry dessert, but I couldn’t resist the “peaches & cream” title. Get the recipe for Peaches & Cream Popsicles.

No Churn Cobbler Ice Cream

Guys. You are going to LOVE this ice cream. Let’s start with the fact that IT starts with one of my fave shortcut recipes of all-time – that is, 2-ingredient no-churn (so many hyphens!). Not only is this one of the all-time easiest recipes ever, it is SO adaptable. For my “cobbler” version I layered in my no-fail (more hyphens!) streusel, quick-cooked peaches and cinnamon crunch. Because I am that person in the froyo shop that serves up a ratio of 90:10 toppings to froyo. I like my toppings. Get the recipe for No Churn Cobbler Ice Cream.

And this peach salsa is the perfect way to celebrate that bowl of peaches and tomatoes that is probably overflowing in your kitchen right now. Fresh salsa couldn’t be – and SHOULDN’T be – any easier than this. Minimal prep, no-cook, and one bowl. Get the recipe for Peach Salsa.
