When it comes to corn chips, most of us know the classic pairing with tomato-based salsa. But did you know that these versatile chips can be used for so much more?

From hearty soups to loaded nachos (both vegetarian and beefy), we’ve got all the recipes you need to take your corn chips to the next level. And if you’re short on time, our Instant Pot nachos will have you digging into a delicious and satisfying snack in no time.

Plus, we even have a vegan cheese sauce that’s so good, you won’t even miss the real thing. And let’s not forget the variety of corn chips themselves – whether you prefer them thin or sturdy, yellow, white or blue, we’ve got you covered. But what really sets our recipes apart are the salsas.

Sure, we’ve got the classic tomato-based version, but we also have some interesting and unexpected twists that will take your taste buds on a journey. So next time you reach for a bag of corn chips, think beyond the salsa and explore all the delicious possibilities.

These came about right after Thanksgiving but could be made anytime you have turkey around – and gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce! I was in shock and couldn’t believe I was actually drizzling gravy over corn chips and stuffing – and Robin and I were laughing so hard I was about to cry. However, the results were SUBLIME! Trust us; you gotta try these. Get the recipe for Leftover Thanksgiving Nachos.

Shredded Pork Nachos with 3-Cheese Beer Queso

Warm corn chips and shredded pork, creamy queso cheese sauce made with beer and all kinds of fresh and crunchy add-ons: tomatoes, bell peppers, scallions, jalapeno, olives, fresh lime, and cilantro. The “3 cheese” designation comes from the cheddar and Monterey Jack in the queso sauce and additional feta cheese scattered about on top. Get the recipe for Shredded Pork Nachos with 3-Cheese Beer Queso.
