I love eggs. Couldn’t live without them. I carry hard-boiled eggs around as a handy high protein snack several times a week. On the weekend I like them cooked and served hot for breakfast. Sometimes I cook them over easy, sometimes sunny side up. And sometimes, like this day, I wanted to get the butter in the pan hot, hot, hot and I wanted those crispy egg white edges.
What To Eat Non-Recipe
Heat butter in a skillet until bubbling hot. Add egg and cook until your desired doneness, keeping heat on the high side to crisp up the edges. Serve on a toasted slice of low FODMAP bread.
