What Do You Eat for Breakfast?
On the weekends I have a bit more time to think about and make breakfast. This What to Eat morning breakfast idea came about because I was standing in front of the fridge, staring at what was at hand, and (semi) brilliance struck.
I actually don’t remember whether there is half a gluten-free English muffin under there, but you could certainly go that route.
What To Eat Non-Recipe
Eggs scrambled with halved cherry tomatoes, a handful of arugula, feta, salt & pepper and a crisp strip of bacon.
