Next is an easy, cornstarch and egg-yolk thickened stovetop chocolate pudding and it is crowned with whipped cream flavored with instant espresso powder. It is creamy. It is crunchy. We have added a little bit of plain yogurt to the whipped cream, to temper the overall sweetness.
