We are bananas for bananas and bet you are too. While we love banana bread (and we have several variations), there are many more ways to get creative with this nutritious, tropical fruit. At about 110 calories for a medium banana, 0 grams of fat, 1 gram protein, 3 grams fiber, and 450 mg potassium, we can all feel good about indulging. And all of them gluten-free and low FODMAP too!
