FODMAP Everyday® is a global low FODMAP diet and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) resource.
We adhere to the evidence-based science put forth by both Monash University and FODMAP Friendly, whose researchers developed the low FODMAP diet.
Our company, FODMAP Everyday®, is FODMAP Friendly Accredited as a FODMAP educational resource.
FODMAP Everyday® was founded and is run by lifelong friends Robin Jaffin and Dédé Wilson, and we have our Success Team of Monash University trained and FODMAP expert Registered Dietitians.

Starting with our Co-Founders, Dédé Wilson and Robin Jaffin and extending through our Success Team – we are a group of professional individuals who have a lifetime of experience in various fields including recipe development, health & wellness, nutrition, medical, business, media and marketing.
Dédé Wilson is Monash University trained, as well as FODMAP Friendly Accredited as a FODMAP educator. Dédé is the only professional recipe developer in the world with these qualifications and she oversees our Test Kitchen, developing our exclusive recipes.
Robin Jaffin provides all of our tech, business development, graphics, video production, communication and brand relationship management – using her over 40 years of business and creative expertise to deliver on our promises to our readers and partners.
