No More Boring Salad

what to eat watercress & radish salad

This is Really not a recipe. It’s just a combination of what I think are two under used and underrated, but easy to find, vegetables. Eating low FODMAP isn’t about deprivation.

In fact, use it as an opportunity to maybe branch out and try new foods. Simply toss watercress and sliced radishes in a bowl and you will have a fresh, peppery, crunchy salad that will tantalize your taste buds.

What To Eat Non-Recipe

Trim larger, harder stems from watercress, but feel free to leave the tender stems intact. Toss in a bowl with thinly sliced radishes; dress with your favorite low FODMAP vinaigrette.
