This What to Eat dish came together when I was inspired by a new convenience product on the shelves of my supermarket. Baby spinach and kale – washed and ready to go. Into smoothies, salads or into a hot wok as I show here.

What To Eat Non-Recipe
I simply heated a wok, added garlic-infused olive oil and sautéed the whole amount. A little salt and pepper and it was ready to go. I ate some as a side dish for dinner that night and the leftovers as part of a lunch the next day.
