What to Eat: One-Pan Chicken Dinner
I make chicken at least once a week and chicken thighs are our favorite, as we are dark meat lovers. This What to Eat dish couldn’t be simpler and it functions as a one-pan dinner.
If you take advantage of the trimmed, cleaned green beans at the market, this will come together even faster. And of course, you have garlic-infused olive oil around, right?
What To Eat Non-Recipe
Place chicken thighs (skin on, bone in) in roasting pan. Scatter green beans around them. Drizzle with garlic-infused olive oil, then season with kosher salt, pepper, smoked paprika and some rosemary, if you like. Roast at 375°F/190°C until chicken is done.
