We love a good salad – but what makes a salad “good”? The dressing can certainly make or break your salad experience! If you have only bought salad dressings, you are in for a treat. As with any recipe, the end result depends on the quality of ingredients, and with homemade you have control. PS: The term “vinaigrette” simply refers to recipes based on vinegar, while some dressings use lemon juice, for instance. And, BTW, some of these are so easy you can make them in just a couple of minutes, with ingredients you have in the pantry.

Balsamic Vinaigrette
