What is the IBS and FODMAP community asking for in 2026? We have heard you, and we have the answers.
I saw an online poll that asked people who were following the low FODMAP diet what topics they would like to see covered in 2026. I was struck by the specificity of one of the needs in particular, and also by the fact that we have already covered most of the questions with evidence-based articles.
The specific question was about gels and supplements for when running long-distance. It just so happens that we have an article that addresses exactly this (see below). Not only that, but it was written by a Monash-trained Registered Dietitian, who is part of our Success Team.

As I continued to read the poll, one by one, I could see that we had articles for a great majority of the topics being questioned. Perhaps these people did not know that these evidence-based articles already existed?
So, to start 2026 off right, I thought I would do an introduction to what we do and who we are at FODMAP Everyday®, and then also provide a list of links to articles that address the topics that were of interest in that poll.
