Chocolate Covered Banana Popsicles
Kids and adults go crazy over these popsicles. You do need a popsicle mold, but the recipe is super simple. The liquid is canned coconut milk, to which you add very ripe mash banana. Red, White & Blue Trifle
We created this trifle for the Fourth of July, but it would be welcomed at any party. The cake component is angel food cake, which by its very nature is quite sweet. We have added a little bit of plain yogurt to the whipped cream, to temper the overall sweetness.
