These are an ode to the Chunky candy bar, that combines chocolate, peanuts, and raisins. We created this trifle for the Fourth of July, but it would be welcomed at any party. The cake component is angel food cake, which by its very nature is quite sweet. We have added a little bit of plain yogurt to the whipped cream, to temper the overall sweetness.
